Stunning home with a short walk, 1100 feet, to mutiple beach access points that include comfortable beach areas as well as an active and lively beachfront at Ocean Annie's. Apache Pier is a short walk if pier fishing or just a great view interests you. This bungalow has everything to feel at home. Cozy living room, dining area, kitchen with upgraded appliances and 2 bathrooms and outside shower. Additional luxuries are COMPLIMENTARY Wi-Fi and access to washer/dryer. There are 2 pools available for guest use at your leisure. Comfortably sleeps 9 people in a kid friendly community. There are plenty of stores within a mile for pretty much anything you need from the grocery store to Barefoot Landing to the Tanger Outlets.
Summer Cottages are centrally located in the northern end of Myrtle Beach along shore drive and are close to major attractions, shopping, dining, golf, and much more.

This is our family beach home that we come to numerous times a year. We try to keep everything refreshed and in good, clean working order. We try our best to make sure every visitor is cozy and happy. If you are new to the region (as we once were), Palmetto bugs are a part of the landscape. We have pest control come monthly all year round to treat inside and outside the property.
If there is ever an issue with anything, we are a call away to correct it.

There is an automatic returnable $150.00 damage deposit that is held for 7 days after checkout.

Check-in is 4:00 PM, and check out is 11:00AM.
