Spectacular marsh vistas greet you from the moment you step inside this family-friendly home at the heart of Fripp Island near the Beach Club.
 
The living room, dining room, and sitting area have walls of windows looking out to the marsh.  Very Private and a great place to watch lightning from the occasional thunderstorm moving past while you stay comfortable inside working on one of the many puzzles in our games nook.
 
The deck extends the entire length of the home and is a favorite place for watching sunsets and the marsh wildlife as the tides ebb and flow.
 
The main bedroom is a king ensuite with marsh vistas and a private door leading to the back deck.  The king size bed is a sleep number so you'll be sure to have the ideal personalized sleep experience on your vacation.  The ensuite has a tub/shower combo and a little window with marsh vistas.
 
The second bedroom is cozy and private with a queen bed and vistas of the palm trees at the front of the home.
 
The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunkbeds and plenty of room to lounge and play games.  There's enough cubbies to stash all the gear as well as space to set up your favorite gaming console.
 
The shared second bath has a full shower with sliding glass doors and plenty of storage.
 
The kitchen is entirely outfitted with everything a prepare needs to prepare and serve food for a crowd including a crock pot for those who like to set it and forget it while they appreciate a day at the beach and an instant pot for those who like fast and hands complimentary while having drinks on the screened porch.  Cocktails are painless with the bar tools and vitamix setup in the pantry area by the screened porch. We've got a drinks refrigerator close by to take the pressure off the main refrigerator in the kitchen so there will be plenty of room for all the provisions you'll need during your stay.
 
The screened porch offers bug complimentary dining and is a great place for your morning coffee watching the deer walk past on their way from the marsh.
 
A full laundry room is conveniently located near the kitchen.
 
In addition to the four seater electric golf cart which is available for your use, the modest garage homes two charcoal burning weber grilles, various beach chairs and toys, and a few bicycles for touring the island.
 
A short walk to the beach and just down the street from the Resort Pool, Island Bites, and the Sand Bar.  Dogs are welcome with pre approval.
 
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval
 
Club cards are required to savor any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
