This great first floor villa has been completely modernized with plank tile floor, all new furnishings and decor and brand new kitchen and baths! The living room features a couch, over sized reading chair and a huge flat screen tv. The living room leads to an over sized screened in porch, the ideal place to put up your feet after a long day on the beach! The dining room seats six and flows gorgeously to the kitchen. The elegant new kitchen has four bar stools and all new appliances.
