Our Island is a striking, completely refreshed, private and peaceful top floor/end unit condo with great ocean vistas, top-of-the-line appliances, and a bright and handsome interior design. Savor the open floor plan and a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops ready to prepare delicious family meals or happy hour on the deck. Have morning coffee while watching the dolphins and sunrise on the brand-new deck furnishings or cap off your day with a cool drink on the Adirondack chairs in the evening.

Our Island offers complimentary super high-speed WiFi if you need to work while on vacation or keep in touch with family and friends. Appreciate your favorite movies (access to all streaming services) and family game nights with the many games available to our guests, or getaway to your personal space with two additional Roku TVs.

Barrier Island Station offers fantastic community amenities for your family's enjoyment. The community complex includes handicapped beach access, an outdoor pool and kiddie pool with poolside bathrooms and outdoor showers, a snack bar, a new rec center with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise area, a playground, tennis courts‚ a pickleball court, a volleyball court, 1/2 basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tetherball, a grilling area, 2 electric car charging stations, and coordinated kids's activities in-season. Unwind inside one of the beach gazebos and listen to the sounds of the sea, or head to the waves for fun in the sun!

The community outdoor pool is available from May 1st to the end of October. The community pool is not heated.

Take a fast walk or drive into town to take advantage of yoga in the park, award-winning eateries, stores for every family member, or a sunset walk on the soundfront boardwalk. Enjoy a walk or bicycle ride along the Duck Trail, a six-mile long multi-use path that traverses the entire length of the town, or appreciate watersports on the sound.

Pack a little lighter, as bed and bath linens will be supplied at Our Island.

Parking at this complex consists of one designated spot, all others are first come first served. For the electric car charging stations, the price is $1.50/hour. Please be courteous and move your car after charging. If your car is not electric, be sure to not park in these spaces to avoid being towed.

There is no elevator available at this unit or building.
