The Space:

We are is just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, Ocean Creek Golf Clubhouse, Park, Basketball & Volleyball Courts, Cabana Club, pools, and Ocean Marina. This 4-bedroom, 4-bath home is ideal for those who want the luxuries of home in a resort environment. The townhouse has a cavernous, well equipped kitchen and is elegantly furnished with wood floors throughout the main floor. The main part of the home contains 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The In-law suite is separate from the main home, above the garage. It contains a Queen Bed, Full Size Couch Bed, kitchenette (sink, microwave, modest refrigerator) and full bathroom with walk in closet. This home will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people! **Please note for SUMMER 2026 ONLY, this property has a 4 nighttime minimum stay. September 2026-May 2027 there is a 3 nighttime minimum. Summer of 2027 will be weekly units only, reserve early!

In the main home, the upstairs 2nd master suite has a king bed, a single Couch Bed and an en suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower. On the main floor, the master suite has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a soaking tub and step in shower. The 2nd guest bedroom has two twin beds and a hall bath with a tub shower combo.

The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and an additional full-size refrigerator is in the laundry room. The kitchen also has a Keurig, drip coffee maker and a double oven, as well as all the basic appliances and houseware. Past the kitchen is a 2nd dining room, accepting plenty of space for bigger groups. The spacious great room combines the living and main dining room. This leads to the enormous screened-in porch on the 16th tee, which has added a 3rd sitting area for family and friends.

2 Grand Intelligent TVs in total. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home pair with your favorite streaming applications. Propane grille in the patio area. The right side of garage homes two golf carts for guests to use. The left side of the garage will hold one car plus two spots in the driveway, parking in the grass adjacent to the driveway is also allowed. There is a wagon, beach chairs, and bicycles for guest use as well.

Fripp Island Amenity Cards Available:
***Amenity Cards*** Fripp Island charges a 12.8% resort fee for any renters who want to use the amenities (golf/pools/eateries/camps/workout space/food trucks/tennis/pickleball/boat rental/paddleboarding/activities). This fee will be added to your final deposit and must be paid separately to the owner via Venmo or Apple Cash. All guests ages 13+ must present an luxury card (carry them with you at all times). Summer luxury cards are $55/card during the summer season- Off season are $35/card for weekly units...3-4day units in the off season cards are $28. Guests can appreciate Fripp WITH OR WITHOUT the conveniences cards, it depends on the experience you want on your vacation.

Note about the home:

1. You will use the code supplied to open the lock box on the left side of the front porch stairs. There are two keys (one for the garage door & garage apartment and one for the glass front door) The front door lock can be tricky, follow the directions on the door, turn the key and lift the handle.

2. You can park one car in the grass on each side of the driveway. If you need more spaces to park, Ocean Creek Golf Course is very close, please go in the pro shop and get permission to park there first.

3. All pet (dogs only) must be PRE-approved by the owner. Non-Refundable Pet fee of $150 must be paid upon approval of family pets ($150 first pet and $75 for each additional pet). There is a $300 fee if a pet is present without pre-approval. Dogs are allowed on the beach! Feel complimentary to bring a kennel or dog bed to make your pet feel at home.

4. Please note this property has a check in day of Saturday and a 7-nighttime minimum in the Summer and a 3-nighttime minimum the rest of the year.

5. The two golf carts should be charged each nighttime and left plugged in at the end of your stay, for the next guest. Please hose them off in the driveway at the end of your stay. South Carolina Law states, TO OPERATE A GOLF CART, YOU MUST BE A LICENSED DRIVER IN YOUR HOME STATE. You will sign a Golf Cart Agreement if you book with us.

6. There is a pack n play supplied in the Upstairs walk in closet and a infant/pet gate in the laundry room closet for guest use.
