A huge TV, along with plenty of seating make this home’s living room great for movie nights, game nights or just catching up after a day exploring the island.  There’s also a sun room with comfortable reading chairs.
The huge kitchen offers bar seating as well as an island and plenty of counter space for prepping family meals.  Everything you need from cookware to serve ware is at the ready for fast snacks and special occasion dinners.  A formal dining room is just off the living room, offering another option for dining.
A sizable, queen ensuite is well appointed with sitting chairs and a sizable window as well as 2 large walk-in closets.  The double vanity bath has a soaking tub and stand-alone shower.  Bedroom #2 offers a King ensuite.  Bedroom #3 is also an ensuite, ideal for families, offering a king with 2 twins.  Bedroom #4 has 2 twins and a bathroom adjacent.
There is a full size laundry room with an iron and ironing board supplied.
The back deck is great for grilling and dining al fresco all while appreciating the extraordinary nature on the island.  Fripp Island is home to over 100 bird species and is well known for its herds of whitetail deer.
Club cards are required to appreciate any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
