* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*Parking for 2 cars only - no motorbikes, trailers, golf carts, RVS, boats, or campers allowed.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No family pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the third floor with no elevator.

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st (may vary slightly due to weather)

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*Washer and dryer for building located on 2nd floor.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap supplied.

*Keurig coffee maker supplied in unit.

*Units one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.



Carolina Palm Vacations Policies

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.



Damage Protection: For your tranquility of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a returnable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



House Rules:



1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Smoking is only allowed in the rear parking lot by the picnic tables. No smoking on balconies or by pool.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. No motorbikes, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or campers allowed.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.

7. No Animals Accepted (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

8. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
