Stay along the Golden Mile in Myrtle Beach! There is dedicated beach access for only the guests of this complex. You will savor being in a peaceful area while still mins. away from all the shopping, eateries, attractions and golf courses that the Grandiose Strand has to offer.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Parking: Simple access private parking lot monitored by security. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: **No Elevator** Ramp available in the center of the building to get to the first floor - stairs on either end of the building (roughly 5-10 stairs). Self check-in with keypad. **Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front door**



Kitchen: Recently refreshed floors/appliances/slow-close cabinets! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Savor the seating area. Sleeper couch. Access to balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom 1: Balcony access! One queen bed. TV.



Bathroom 1: Freshly updated! Must-see stand up shower!



Bedroom 2: One queen bed. TV.



Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between the bedrooms. Full shower/tub.



Balcony: Sensational and peaceful. Incredible view for sunrises!



Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.



Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less busy than the sizable resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.



Other Conveniences: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling).

This unit is in the ideal area of Myrtle Beach, known as the Golden Mile Section.

Getting Around:

Painless access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.



No family pets. Max guest count is 6.

Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not included, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



All guests are required to follow the HOA rules and regulations while staying on the property. Any violations issued by the HOA during your stay are the responsibility of the guest. Should any fines or costs be incurred as a result of a violation, the guest will be solely responsible for covering those charges.

We give our guests space but are available through the app should you need us.
