Thoughtful care has been put into crafting a clean and efficient space that offers all of the amenities of a boutique hotel (bath products, high-end towels and linens, hair dryers, iron, wi-fi, premium TV channels, etc.) with the added convenience of a full, chef-ready kitchen, washer/dryer, and a classic Charleston single-style porch for appreciating the nearly year-round comfortable temperatures Charleston offers its visitors. An outdoor sitting area on the porch offers visitors another space to spread out and appreciate the fresh air.

Cannonborough-Elliotborough is a super hip, historic and vibrant neighbhorhood right next to Upper King Street. It has a great mix of residential and commercial spaces such as eateries, stores and more. The location is both peaceful and only a 5 min. walk to Upper King.

Getting Around:
Most people walk or uber, although some rent bicycles or take a pedicab. It's a 20 min. drive to the nearest beach.
