On the first floor you will find a very open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room, primary bedroom, guest bedroom and powder room are all located on the main level as well. The upstairs is open to the downstairs creating a comfortable togetherness feeling. An additional 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and access to the back porches from every bedroom. All TV s have streaming capacity for guests to log in and stream their preferred apps. There is plenty of space for parking as well. Underneath you will find an outdoor shower and a storage room for all your beach needs. Plenty of deck space to appreciate your morning coffee and the cool ocean breeze. The open backyard is great for outdoor entertainment, as well as an inground pool. Pool heat is available October thru May for an additional fee of $100.00 per day (must be ordered in advance and for the entire stay). The widows walk offers striking vistas of OIB beaches and ocean. Bed linens and bath towels are supplied, and beds are made upon arrival. The property has pillows and bed covers. Please note that dish towels and beach towels are not included.
