The property has an open floor plan to maximize the sound vistas from living, kitchen and dining areas. BV811 was freshly refreshed, with updated kitchen, including granite counter tops. With the remodel, new stainless-steel appliances and Washer/Dryer were also added. Master is sound-front with King bed and en-suite bath. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each hold a Queen bed with the Living Room offering a Queen Sleeper Couch. Covered parking is available under the condo for car or boat/jet-ski trailer. Additional cars will park in-front of the building and any trailers that do not fit in the covered spot must be stored off-site. A Saturday turn-day is in effect for this property from Memorial to Labor Day. Pirate's Cove is a gated community full of amenities including a community pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, exercise center, outdoor pavilion, and miles of lighted dock.
