Covered parking is available under the condo for car or boat/jet-ski trailer. Additional cars will park in-front of the building and any trailers that do not fit in the covered spot must be stored off-site. A Saturday turn-day is in effect for this property from Memorial to Labor Day. Pirate's Cove is a gated community full of amenities including a community pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, exercise center, outdoor pavilion, and miles of lighted dock.
