The open floor plan of the second floor offers cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and a convenient breakfast bar. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers two decking levels, offering various outdoor relaxation opportunities, a screened porch, decks, two outdoor dining tables, a hot/cold outdoor shower, and park style charcoal grille. Covered parking.

This is a 'green' home, the primary water source is natural rainwater, which has been filtered and chlorinated, which could be limited during extreme drought conditions. The backup system offers treated well water with filtering, softener, and chlorination system.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-nighttime minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
