Pet friendly residence with many updates and a nice refresh happening over the winter!

Bandits Bungalow’s recipe for the ideal hideaway consists of one part Ocracoke, one part fun,
one part sun, and one part relaxation all within walking distance to local eateries and the
Variety store. Savor watching the sun rise over beautiful marsh and pond vistas.

3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths: 2 Primary Bedrooms each with King and private bath, 1 bedroom with two sets of Bunk Beds and den with Futon.

Conveniences include central air conditioning/heat on each level, complimentary wireless internet access, and 4 internet/streaming ready TVs. Gas fireplace (Off-Season Only). The open floor plan of the second floor offers cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, a well-supplied open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and a convenient breakfast bar. Washer and dryer located on first level.

Sheets and towels are supplied. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers two decking levels, offering various outdoor relaxation opportunities, a screened porch, three outdoor dining tables, a hot/cold outdoor shower, and park style charcoal grille. Covered parking on ground level with outdoor outlet to recharge golf carts.

This is a 'green' home, the primary water source is natural rainwater, which has been filtered and chlorinated. A well water backup system that is also treated, filtered, softened, and chlorinated is used during extreme drought conditions.

Pet Friendly. Limit of 2 family pets.

No Smoking/Vaping. Limit of 4 cars.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at the time of booking.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-nighttime minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

First Floor:
Primary bedroom with king, TV, and primary bath with tub/shower. Bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Den with TV/DVD, and queen futon which shares a bath with tub/shower. Hallway laundry closet.

Second Floor: Open kitchen, dining, and living area with TV/DVD. Primary bedroom with king,
TV. Primary bath with garden tub (no jets) and separate shower.

Ground Level: Covered parking for 1 Car/Truck, 110-volt outlet for golf cart charging and
outdoor shower. Park style charcoal grille.
