Located on the 2nd floor, this gorgeous and cavernous 1 bed/1bath has all brand new furnishings and brand new stainless appliances! You will adore the roomy primary bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed. In the living room, there is a brand new queen sized sleeper couch with premium bed. The kitchen is entirely supplied with everything needed to prepare gourmet meals and the patio off the living room is a great place to sit and savor morning coffee or evening beverages of your choice. Ideal for a couple or family of 3!

The Neighborhood:

Located in the highly sought after Deerfield community of Surfside, this condo is about 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access. Deerfield is ideally positioned between Hwy 17 Bypass and Hwy 17 Business with 4 grocery stores within 2 miles of the location as well as plenty of delicious dining options.



Getting Around:

Just 15 mins. from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, but a car is Recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.



Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25.



Other Things to Note:

We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry and dish pods. All of this is supplied with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting beach umbrellas and chairs locally to make your stay even more fun.
