The Kitchen is on the right upon entering this penthouse-level condo and features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and bespoke cabinetry! The Primary Bedroom consists of a King Bed with Flat Screen TV. There is a additional vanity also, in addition to the en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom consists of all modern amenities including a tiled tub and shower combination. The Nautically-Themed Guest Bedroom consists of Two Twin beds and a Flat Screen TV. The Guest Bathroom is similar in style to the master bathroom. The Living and Dining Areas have been refreshed with new paint, a new couch and new dining room table and chairs.

The Living Room has slider access to your own private ocean view balcony. Barrington Court Community has its own year-round Heated Pool and Hot Tub, along with Charcoal Grills for guest use. Barrington Court also includes covered parking. You'll be down the elevator and out to the beach in less than 5 mins.!
