Come savor this two bedroom and two bathroom condominium with outstanding ocean vistas!

The Kitchen is on the right upon entering this penthouse-level condo and features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and bespoke cabinetry! The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and living areas and features seating for six guests.

The Primary Bedroom consists of a King Bed with Flat Screen TV. There is a additional vanity also, in addition to the en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom consists of all modern amenities including a bespoke tiled tub and shower combination.

The Nautically-Themed Guest Bedroom consists of Two Twin beds and a Flat Screen TV. The Guest Bathroom is similar in style to the master bathroom. The living room features comfortable seating, an HDTV and slider access to your own private ocean view balcony.

The Barrington Court Community has its own year-round Heated Pool and Hot Tub, along with Charcoal Grills for guest use. Barrington Court also includes covered parking. You'll be down the elevator and out to the beach in less than 5 mins.!

Please Note: Cleaning, re-caulking, stucco repairs, and repainting of the exterior. Work will begin in November and is expected to take numerous months, likely extending through March 1, 2026, depending on weather conditions and any other unforeseen circumstances. Also, broad scaffolding will be erected around the building exterior for the duration of the project. Please understand that there is no set schedule regarding the timeline on when each unit will be affected throughout the process. This project will apply to the Barrington Court Building only.
