"Discover the ideal location for everything you need. This conveniently located property is just a few feet from the beach, offering beach walks and on-site dining options. You'll also find Market Common, IMAX Theatre, Ripley's Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach just a short drive away. Additionally, many fashionable local eateries, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions are just a short drive from the property."



Getting Around:

Close to the airport, it's convenient for cabs, Uber, and car units. Getting around

Using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft is strongly recommended. Additionally, there is Turo. Let me know if you need any help with your trip.

- Smoking is not allowed in this room. This is a condo owned by its owner, not a hotel room. Please treat it with the same respect as you would your own home. While there is no on-site staff available at all times, we will make every effort to address any issues promptly.



HOA's New Rules:

*Pools are currently closed due to a heater/sealing project.

*Onsite gym is unavailable.

*Parking is complimentary but limited

*First come, first serve.



The resort WIFI and cable are currently undergoing maintenance. You may not have access to wifi and cable during your stay. We recommend using an internet hotspot to connect to the TV via streaming apps.
