These stand-alone cottages, provide the best of both worlds—a complex setting with the privacy of a single private home. Guest Cottage 30G comes complete with completely equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, and central heating/air conditioning. Positioned a stone's throw from the beach, these cottages offer under-home parking and access to community pools.

For added tranquility of mind, Booe Realty offers the option of travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and includes a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver for each guest upon check-in. Booe Realty extends its services to encompass vacation units, winter units, long-term units, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grandiose Strand area. Vacation units at The Guest Cottages are available for weekly stays and may also cater to shorter daily stays and winter units.

Linens arrangement: 1 Queen bed (with an additional deep pillow-top bed), 1 Pyramid bed (double on the bottom, twin on top), and a Queen Sleeper Couch. This bungalow is available for monthly winter units and overlooks the marsh. Please note that this is a non-smoking bungalow, and motorbikes, golf carts and family pets are not allowed.
