“Family Tradition” offers two master suites among its four bedrooms. Both masters offer king beds. The additional bedrooms offer a queen and two twins. TVs in all Bedrooms. The home also offers daybed with trundle in a separate glassed-in room. Once you begin your day, you will find “Family Tradition” filled with amenities to help you appreciate your stay.

When you are ready to head outside, you'll find the ocean or Sanderling community sound front pool a short distance away. The home is closer to the beach access (197 yards) than many close by ocean side homes. If the ocean is too rough or the beach too windy, the sound provides many activities for everybody to enjoy. Crabbing, kayaking, fishing or paddle boarding are right out your back door. The home is equipped with a kayak for your use. The seating area on the private dock is great for reading or bird watching. The yard offers a big open grassy area, ideal for playing fetch with the dog or letting the kids play a game of football.

Whether you spend your days in the home, surveying the sound, basking on the beach, or crabbing on the dock, you will find something for everybody.
