The Nest (181 Fiddlers Cove) was envisioned with family, safety, and comfort in mind, by a family who has stayed in many AirBNBs for holidays, vacations, and work. Our condo is right next to the gate for simple beach access, and a 4- min. walk to Folly Field Beach (on Trip Advisor's Hilton Head top 10 list). We have a beach wagon, chairs, cooler, umbrella, ice packs, travel mugs--everything you need for a day at the beach! On site there are two pools, 7 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, hot tub, gym, and more.

We call it 'The Nest' because our balcony looks into the tree line and also because HHI is home to an average of 150 endangered sea turtle nests every year. We adore the space because it is top floor (no one above us!), the kitchen is clean and functional for those nights when you just don't feel like dining out, and there are enough beds and couch beds to fit 7 should a guest show up for a nighttime. An in-unit washer and dryer is ideal for fast loads of laundry during an extended holiday and a wet bar accommodates your coffee needs and has a wine refrigerator for your beer, wine, and water. The dining room table has a leaf and additional bench so you can serve a bigger group. For the little ones in your event we have a pack and go set, high chair, and even sippy cups and bowls.

You'll sleep sound on our new beds and you'll appreciate not having anyone above you walking around. On a recent afternoon, we counted 12 species of birds from the balcony, including the residential hawk we often see! We appreciate not having folks above us, but this is your choice!

You'll have two parking spaces during your stay. Access to the Hilton Head Trolley is right at the main entrance to the resort.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
