* Entirely remodeled quartz kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, and basic cooking essentials. Guests are responsible for washing dishes.
* Community amenities: Tennis courts, putting green, picnic tables, community grilles, and complimentary parking (two cars).
* Outdoor pool & hot tub: April 15 – October 15 (9 AM – 9 PM).
* Indoor pool: October 15 – April 15 (9 AM – 9 PM). Amenity hours are subject to HOA changes.
Accessibility: Second-floor condo accessed by stairs (each set of eight steps has a landing).

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are stringently prohibited anywhere on the premises.
No Family Animals or Emotional Support Animals: Animals are not allowed without prior written approval from Seafoam Property Management, LLC.
No Parties or Sizable Gatherings: Events, events, or enormous group gatherings are not allowed such events can cause you to be escorted from the room immediately without a refund.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

ID Verification: A valid photo ID may be required at check-in.
Property Access & Restrictions
The HOA stringently prohibits the presence of boats, trailers, RVs, campers, and personal golf carts. Please make sure to have parking pass displayed in your car as unauthorized cars may be towed at the renter’s expense, and any resulting HOA fines will be the responsibility of the guest.
