The space
Our beachfront home is the ideal place for you and your family to appreciate a beach hideaway. Both decks are ocean view, where you can even savor the hot tub on the porch that leads directly off the kitchen! Open living, dining, kitchen areas on first level. Take hallway off kitchen down to one queen bedroom with ceiling fan and TV, one bathroom with tub/shower combo and roomy laundry room with TV and bed for additional sleeping area! Take one flight of internal stairs up to top level to access queen bedroom that faces the Ocean with its own private deck, TV, & ceiling fan. A second bedroom with TV, ceiling fan, & 2 full size beds. One bathroom on this second level with shower. BONUS - Dog Friendly!

Please let your host know if a dog will be joining you by adding them to your reservation at checkout. Due to proximity to the Atlantic Ocean - it is not uncommon to see water along street that leads to the home and/or in driveway - this is all tidal driven and can be monitored by viewing the tide charts included online at NOAA location Rodanthe. There is a spot within walking distance to home to relocate your car to higher ground if you would like to during your stay.

**PET POLICY**

We welcome dogs with prior host approval. Dogs are the only family pets allowed, and a max. of one dog is allowed per reservation. Please contact the host immediately upon booking and provide your dog's breed and size for approval.

Due to the close proximity to other guests, aggressive breeds are not allowed on the property. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside of the room, and owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of all dog waste in the outside trash bins.

Please keep dogs off all beds and furnishings. Additional cleaning required for pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related messes on linens or furnishings may result in an additional cleaning charge.
