The Queen Bedrooms offer a huge space, a fireplace (non-working), and antique furnishings. Across the hall you'll find a striking bedroom and plenty of closet space. Rooms share the full bath in the hallway. There is a full-size washer and dryer.The sizable living area features a queen-size couch bed. The kitchen is newly modernized and includes open shelving and new appliances, as well as dining for 8.

Flora House spans the entire top floor of a sizable Charleston home constructed in 1905. With modern updated amenities, Flora House also retains the appeal of her old world beginnings, including original wood floors, fireplaces (non-working) and window panes. The interior features an additional enormous primary bedroom with a King bed, a fireplace (non-working), and an en suite full bathroom. The Queen Bedroom offers a large space, a fireplace (non-working), and antique furnishings. Across the hall is a appealing bedroom and plenty of closet space. Both rooms share the full bath in the hallway. There is a full-size washer and dryer. The living area offers a queen-size sofabed plus a nook office with humongous windows and natural light. The kitchen is freshly remodeled and includes open shelving and new appliances.

Guest Access:
Each of our vacation units is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and accepts for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be supplied the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all exercise classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost. Day Passes are available with required pre-registration via a link that will be shared with you upon booking.

Day pass reservations at The Wonderer for guests of this property are completely complimentary of charge. The Wonderer’s on-site parking lot is a paid lot, however there is complimentary on-street parking in the area subject to availability.

Please note: availability at The Wonderer is not guaranteed without a confirmed reservation. The number of available day passes remains stringently first-come, first-serve. If you plan to appreciate The Wonderer anytime between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly suggest booking in advance to guarantee access.

The Wonderer has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old (unless you're a member, a guest of a member, or receive a special exception from club management).

Other Things to Note:
FAMILY PETS - As much as we adore the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow family pets at this property.

SMOKING - No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only allowed outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

CLEANING - Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional fee.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF - For guests with early arrival or late departure flights, suitcases dropoff is allowed upon request for complimentary.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood from 10pm to 8am daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please stay inside and be considerate of the neighbors. Our location offers the vibrant energy of a lively urban setting, with fantastic dining, entertainment, and music venues close by, including those on King Street, just a block away. While we comply with the city's noise ordinance and cannot control external noise, we advise guests that street noises and typical urban sounds are to be expected. Please be aware that being on the bottom floor of a historic home without modern soundproofing may result in hearing other guests or street sounds. We do not provide discounts or refunds for noise-related complaints. By renting this unit, you acknowledge and accept the potential for noise as described.

PARKING: Two off-street parking spots included. Additional parking available at close by City of Charleston garage. No tandem parking, blocking driveways/stairwells. Motorcycles, scooters, golf carts not allowed. Plugging EV cars into home's power outlets prohibited. Contact Host for parking concerns. Non-compliance may result in towing by HOA without prior notice.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

GUEST COMPLAINTS: Notify the Host promptly to address and resolve issues. Failure to communicate complaints timely forfeits the right to raise concerns. Host not responsible for external noises.

SECURITY CAMERAS: This property is equipped with external perimeter security cameras to monitor public areas such as porches, parking areas, front doors, and common spaces. These cameras are active and record video and audio for enhanced security during guest reservations. Any attempt to disconnect, cover, or tamper with the cameras will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
