Important Guest Information:
• Pool & Exercise Center Access: Private vacation rental guests can savor the pool at Royale Palms. However, access to the Embassy Suites pool complex and splash park, or other pools within Kingston Resort is not allowed. Daily and weekly passes for the exercise amenities at 78 Exercise are available for purchase.
• Reservation Policy: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the rental property for the entire duration of the stay.
• Smoking and Family Animals: Smoking is stringently prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
• Golf Carts: Golf carts must be rented through Kingston Golf Cart Rental. Personal golf carts (from guests staying outside of Kingston) and/or golf carts rented from other companies are not allowed due to limited parking availability.
• Motorcycle and Trailer Parking: Motorcycle parking is only allowed in the designated area located in front of the security gate and across from the exercise center, on a first-come, first-served basis. Trailer parking is not allowed at any time.
