Well kept 3BR/ 3Bath ocean view condo in the Royale Palms, adjacent to the Hilton Hotel at the Kingston Plantation Resort. More like a 'home away from home' with new living room furnishings, lighting, huge Intelligent TVs and the ocean view backdrop to create striking vacation memories.

Prepare a fast snack or home cooked meal in the completely equipped kitchen with plenty of comfortable seating in the dining room or at the kitchen bar. Wind down after a busy day out on the balcony while the sun goes down over the plantation - creating the most elegant sunset. The 2nd primary bedroom suite has it's own private balcony, a microwave, mini-refrigerator, full bathroom with tub/walk in shower and its own private entry.

The main primary bedroom and living room both have access to the balcony, which has a southern ocean view as well as bird's eye view toward the west - overlooking the resort.

With 3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms, the gorgeous ocean view getaway will accommodate up to 8 guests with a king in the primary bedroom, 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom and another king bed in the 2nd primary bedroom (actually a king suite with private entry, mini refrigerator, microwave, full bathroom and private balcony looking out at the ocean).

Access multiple on-site dining options by walking through the Royal Palms lobby and into the Hilton Hotel. The Shores Marketplace is ideal for coffee and a pastry or grab a quick snack, gift for someone back home. The Hilton also offers numerous indoor / outdoor dining and drink options.

Step outside and relax with your feet in the sand or appreciate a relaxing walk on the beach. Ideal for family beach trips, ladies hideaway, men's golf outing or just about anything. You won't want to miss out on the opportunity to savor Carlos and Terry's at the Royale Palms.

Private Rental Exclusions
Guests may use the outdoor pool (seasonal) at the Royale Palms Tower during their stay. However, the Hilton hotel pools, Embassy Suites complex splash park, other resort pools and exercise center are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.

Daily housekeeping services are not supplied, however arrangements may be made at an additional cost. Please call 843-936-1960 for pricing and availability.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-nighttime reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-nighttime minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo or out on the balcony. Animals are not allowed at any time.

Motorcycle and trailer parking is limited and available on a first come-first served basis.
