This home comes with a standard 4 Passenger golf cart. ** OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES, WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT.  IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. Also No one under the age of 21 is allowed to drive our golfcarts. If you are caught, you may be asked to leave. Our Insurance does not cover anyone under 21 years of age.

Ocean Lakes amenities include nearly 1 mile of Oceanfront property, 24 hour gated security, Substantial Swimming Pool, water park including Lazy River, kids's splash zone, water slides, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoes, corn toss, fishing, scheduled activities, ping pong, family ceramics, 3 playgrounds, nature center, Sandy's Meet and Eat, and much more!

Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee per car. These costs are separate from our costs and are paid directly to Ocean Lakes. **Richeson Properties charges a third event fee if you book through Vacation Rental By Owner and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.
