The Space
• Full kitchen with dishes and pots & pans
• Well supplied with appliances (full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and washer/dryer)
• Coffee bar with 12 cup coffee pot and French press
• Both bedrooms include a king size bed with highly rated 12” Zinus memory foam bed
• First bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, & living area are on the main level
• Second bedroom and half bathroom (with washer/dryer) are upstairs
• High-speed WiFi
• Intelligent Roku TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
• Pack ‘n’ play and high chair available if desired.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our COVID-19 cleaning protocols. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee.
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• Please park in the 2 assigned parking spaces located directly below Unit D (Dune Alright). Each space measures 10 feet wide, 21 feet deep, and has a height of 7 ft 6 inches. Your car MUST fit within these dimensions because there is no other parking available.
• No more than 2 cars are allowed to park on the property.
• Do not block the driveway or park in any spaces assigned to the adjoining townhomes (Units A, B, & C), or you could be towed.
• The yard behind this property is not this property’s backyard. That yard belongs to the purple home adjacent to this property, so please stay out of the yard (including family pets).
• All visitors must be approved by host.
• Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise volumes low.
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT included.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

???? Security Deposit: A $300 returnable security deposit is required for each reservation.

???? Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-complimentary home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.

???? Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.

???? Quiet Hours Please observe peaceful hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will adore you for it.

???? Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.

????️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.

???? Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not events or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.

???? Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is finished through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.

We’re happy to welcome dogs with prior approval!

• Animals must be added to the reservation during booking
• A non-returnable $150 pet fee applies per stay
• min. of 2 dogs; no other animals allowed
• Dogs must be entirely housebroken
• Please clean up after your pet
• Dogs are not allowed on furnishings or linens
• No cats allowed due to a family allergy
