The front door unlocks with a unique access code, so arrival after hours is no problem! This townhome does require guest to climb stairs. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage beneath the condo.

Our decorator's touch gives both bedrooms classic comfort with brand new wood floors, as well as handsome furnishings and beds dressed with high-end linens. In the completely-appointed kitchen, stainless-steel appliances and a broad, natural stone counter-top create an ideal space for cooking, entertaining, and dining.

You can park in the garage beneath the condo. You can conveniently walk down King St to many eateries and to the Market.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.

No boats, trailers, or box trucks

Golf cart is available for rent at an additional charge

Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.

No Smoking Accepted. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY allowed outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
