This 2BR/2BA riverside rental is comprised of two adjacent condos in the Wilmington Historic District. Each unit offers a well-equipped kitchen and a sunlit living area. Appreciate a drink or snacks on your private balconies, each overlooking the Cape Fear River with gorgeous sunset vistas. Walk to stores, eateries, and local attractions from this prime location.
LIVING AREA - Each of the two units features a roomy living room, complete with a sleeper couch and a flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING - Both units feature a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to create delicious meals, including an array of appliances (except a dishwasher). When it's time to eat, each unit accommodates three at the kitchen bar.
BED & BATH - This two-unit rental sleeps eight guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper couch in each. Both units offer a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a closet to store and hang your things. Each unit is fitted with a bathroom that has a tub/shower combination. The two units are connected inside with double doors for convienent cross over access. The doors provide togetherness and seperation for kids and friends; each door has a separate lock for privacy.
OUTDOOR AREA - Savor fantastic vistas of the river, Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina from the private balconies. Simply walk across the street, walk along River Walk to get a up close and casual view of the Cape Fear.

LOCATION - This rental offers an extremely walkable locale, located in the Historic District near eateries, stores, and attractions. Outdoor recreation abounds with kayaking, boating, hiking, fishing, and swimming all close by. For a day at the shore, travel is about 20 mins. to Wrightsville Beach.
