The first level has a sheltered entry, a cabana room with a wet bar and a refrigerator, a laundry room, a bathroom, and the first queen bedroom. The second level features two pretty main bedrooms, each with a private bath. Wind down in the den with surround sound and a game table. Upstairs, you'll find an broad great room with a powder room, cathedral ceilings, and vistas of the sound and a neighboring freshwater lake. The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis. You will receive an luxury pass during check-in to utilize the shared facility.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
