This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $69/nighttime. You MUST notify management at least seven days in advance of your arrival if you would like to purchase pool heat. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.

If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be supplied if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.



Pool heat is available seasonally from September 1 through May 25 only.



Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorbikes and/or recreational cars and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bicycles are not allowed in the Plantations.



Things to know: There is a $200 pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many family pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly. min. of 2 dogs. No cats allowed.
