Conveniently located just a couple of blocks away from the beach, this three-story home offers the ideal home base for a calming and memorable vacation with your family and friends! One of the key selling points of this beach gem is definitely the pool deck. Cool down in the invigorating waters of your very own outdoor pool and then work on your tan on any of the many poolside loungers available. The poolside hot tub will be just what you need after an entertaining day exploring the area. The home also offers an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after spending a memorable time at the beach.

When you enter this splendid home away from home, you will discover an entertaining game room with a pool table in the center, a rec area with a sizable TV, a dartboard, many books, and a convenient wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and sink. From here, you have direct access to an broad wraparound deck with direct vistas of the pool and a gas grille. The middle level features four well-appointed bedrooms.

Climb up the stairs to reach the upper level of the home, where a roomy and bright open floor plan awaits! Wind down in the welcoming living room, furnished with inviting couches and a huge TV to keep you entertained during your stay. If you are not in the mood to watch TV, feel complimentary to break out any of the supplied board games for an entertaining evening with your family and friends! When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with delicious homemade meals and treats prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. The enormous wraparound deck offers a marvelous spot to relax, savor the breeze, and take in the vistas. This level also offers a primary suite with an en suite bathroom and a TV.
