The front has ocean vistas and the rear offers spectacular vistas of the marsh with patio table and chairs! Covered area under home with picnic table and plenty of room to play. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Pet friendly. Park grille! Secure storage area with beach wagon, chairs and toys plus room to store your own gear.
