Expansive wrap-around furnished decks are accessible from all levels, accepting for great vistas and ample reading and calming space. So many options with the beach just a short jaunt away or throw on a bikini and splash down in the private pool or heat things up in the hot tub. The kids will appreciate the first floor game room, where they can savor playing air hockey, foosball, and shuffleboard, or grab a snack from the refrigerator.

The whole family will enjoy watching movies and playing video games in the new media room. Two bedrooms share a bath on this level. The convenient elevator makes unloading all of your groceries and suitcases a breeze. The second floor features three master bedrooms. A fourth bedroom has exclusive use of the bathroom across the hall. On the top level, you can mix a martini in the bar area and enjoy the elegant vistas of both the bay and the ocean. The vaulted ceilings give the great room, dining area and kitchen an airy feel, and sliders lead out to open decks. The additional top floor master bedroom has great vistas and deck access.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
