Just three homes back from the beach, this home offers gorgeous ocean vistas thanks to the unique staggered tons on Sand Dollar Lane. With minimal street traffic and no public parking close by, you’ll savor a relaxing, residential ambiance that feels worlds away—yet you’re just steps from the sand via a convenient path behind the home.

As you step inside “Del Ray,” you’re welcomed by a light-filled open-concept living area—the heart of the home—designed for gathering and memory-making. A enormous sectional couch anchors the space, ideal for movie nights, storytelling, or just calming after a day in the sun. Two dining tables border the kitchen, providing plenty of space for group meals, and additional seating at the kitchen island keeps the chef part of the fun. After dinner, head out to the broad, covered deck to feel the salty breeze and listen to the waves roll in.

The main living level features five comfortable bedrooms, multiple deck access points, and a thoughtful layout to accommodate families and groups with ease. Off the great room, a hallway leads to three guest rooms: one with two queen beds and a shared full bathroom just across the hall; another with a queen bed and direct deck access offering partial ocean vistas; and a king bedroom featuring a private en suite, huge TV, and its own tucked-away deck nook—ideal for peaceful mornings with a coffee or evening relaxation.

Behind the kitchen, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. One features a queen bed and a twin daybed, ideal for families with kids. The other is a queen suite with a private bathroom, laundry area, and direct deck access, making it a peaceful getaway with added functionality.

Upstairs, two more bedrooms provide even more space and impressive vistas. One guest room features two queen beds and a private bathroom overlooking the Atlantic. Next door, a king bedroom offers privacy, comfort, and an elegant place to relax after a full beach day.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-nighttime stay in other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 2 King, 7 Queen, 1 Twin.
Parking: Ample parking in carport and driveway. Parking for 7 cars. Carport equipped with two Electric Car (EV) 220V Level 2 outlets for overnight charging. Charging cable NOT supplied.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: No Smoking, No Family Animals, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Conveniences: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Single Family Home, Walkway to Beach, Beach Equipment*.
* The property provides 10 beach chairs for guest use. Beach equipment is outfitted at the beginning of the summer season; however, items may vary and are not guaranteed.
Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located to view outdoor main stairwell and carport.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
