This second floor two bedroom, two bath villa offers a roomy living area with big screen TV, full kitchen with bar and table seating, screened porch with a limited view of the harbor, washer/dryer, and wireless internet access.

Bedroom A has a King Bed, TV, DVD, screened porch access, and a full bath with a tiled walkin shower. Bedroom B has a Queen Bed, Twin Sleeper Couch, porch access, TV, DVD, table with two chairs, and a kitchenette with toaster, mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink.

Linens and towels are supplied. No Smoking or Vaping. No Animals Accepted.

Conveniences shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool home with a sauna.
