This is a Pet Friendly property. We allow up to 2 dogs. Sorry no cats. The pet fee is $150. When making the reservation, please include your pet in the reservation and pay the pet fee.

The studio is modest but mighty.
There is a modest stove, modest refrigerator, microwave, full-size dishwasher and full-size washer and dryer. The space does not have central air conditioning but is heated and cooled by a mini split operated by remote. It usually takes only 5 to 10 mins. to completely heat or cool. Plus, there are two ceiling fans.
There is a enormous TV and Wi-Fi. The closest beach accesses are 5th street and Avalon Pier
