The Pelican's Nest — Cozy 3BR/2BA Oak Island Retreat, Sleeps 6

Welcome to The Pelican's Nest, a warm and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 6 — the ideal home base for families, couples, or modest groups looking to relax on the North Carolina coast. Located in the heart of Oak Island, you're just a 6-min. walk from direct beach access, making it painless to appreciate a sunrise walk, an afternoon at the beach, or a golden-hour stroll along the shore.

You'll have the entire home to yourself — no shared spaces, just you and your group appreciating full privacy throughout your stay. Inside, the completely equipped kitchen makes it simple to prepare family meals or pack a beach-day cooler, and central air conditioning and heat keep the home comfortable year-round. Intelligent TVs are available in the living room and all three bedrooms, so there's no shortage of entertainment options for downtime. When you're ready to relax, the screened-in porch is the ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening drink in the salt air.

Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi throughout, an in-home washer and dryer, and on-property parking for up to 3 cars.

Beyond the front door, Oak Island offers a slower, more authentic beach town experience — peaceful stretches of uncrowded sand, great local seafood, modest stores, and a laid-back appeal that's harder to find on busier stretches of coast. Whether you're here for a week-long family vacation or a peaceful long weekend, The Pelican's Nest gives you the comfort and location to make the most of it.
