Appreciate a bright and open living space with a completely equipped kitchen, dining area. Guests also have access to the community pool, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach.

The Space:
1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, Very roomy condo. 1 King bed and 1 pullout couch in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics.
Dining area open to living room.
*Only 1 pet up to 30lbs allowed with $75 pet fee.
*Sheets and linens supplied. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with magnetic fob key and bracelets. Pools will be closedown in winter time and due to weather. There is a $100 charge for lost or broken fob and $50 for bracelet. (4 bracelets supplied)
*NO MAILBOX for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is complimentary.
* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.
*Please review my home rules.
