Unwind in this one bedroom, one bath condo. Sleeps 4 or 5. King bed, pull out couch bed & twin XL rollaway. Less than 2 min walk from stairs to sand. Breathtaking vistas of the ocean on the cavernous front porch with spectacular vistas of the marsh from the back porch. It also has a charming Community Pool right on the marsh (pool is open May 1-October). The condo is positioned just steps from one of our favorite spots, the Carolina Beach Pier, with its full-service bar and grille as well as multiple public beach accesses. Dogs are welcome!

Stay Requirements: Four-nighttime min rental in Summer. Minimum two-nighttime stay other seasons.

Note: there are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator.

Kitchen is entirely outfitted with all your necessities, also including crockpot, air fryer, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and ninja creami.

All your beach needs are included: sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach/pool towels.

2 adult bicycles are supplied, located in our personal on site storage room.
