Begin your day with a short walk to Ocracoke Coffee Co. Happy Place has a cavernous open floor plan combining the living, dining area, and kitchen. Treat yourself by calming in the phenomenal claw foot tub!

The second floor sleeping area also offers the ideal spot to relax and savor the den.

Whether reading a good book or appreciating time visiting with family, the roomy screened front porch and open back deck offer comfortable spots for all! The fenced side and rear yard are an added convenience and conveniently accessible from the kitchen door.

1 bedroom and 2 Sleeping Areas, 2 and half Baths: First floor bedroom with King and bath with clawfoot tub. A second full bath with walk in shower. The second floor is separated into two sleeping areas. One side has a king bed and the other side has two twins. There is no door to close off the upstairs. Half Bath.

Conveniences include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 cable TVs, one in the living room and one in the upstairs den. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a spacious, furnished screened porch, hot/cold outdoor shower, gas grille, and fenced side/rear yard with sundeck.
