The kitchen has all brand new soft brown cabinetry, full sized appliances to include a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, and sink. The kitchen is open to a attractively designed living room with a flat screen tv, separate dining table and slider door access to the serene marsh facing balcony. You’ll appreciate to have coffee in the morning and listen to the wildlife. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is an oceanfront resort that offers 2 pools including the islands biggest oceanfront pool with kiddie pool, 10 complimentary tennis courts with nighttime lighting, a playground, exercise center, conference room, 3 onsite eateries, and community grilles.

Located mid-island you'll find that you are close to everything the island has to offer including water sports, fine dining, fishing, and of course, the beach! During the summer months, there are multiple kid-friendly activities like hair braiding, family movie nighttime at the pool, ice cream, trivia, magic, karaoke, airbrush tattoos, and more!

The Breeze trolley service runs every 30 mins. and has a stop at the resort. It starts back up again on March 29th, 2025 and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.
