There's a queen bed in the bedroom, and a set of bunk beds recessed in a hallway nook. There's also a queen sleeper couch in the living room, for your "drop by" company.

Conveniences include seasonal community pool, outside shower, private balcony, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board and secured Wi-Fi. There are two Intelligent TVs, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. Streaming may be accessed with guest's own accounts. Guests also have access to ground level storage unit.

This property has a owner keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and given the code.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are included for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not supplied. The linen package is supplied with every reservation and is not optional.*
