BEACH VILLAS - 101 West First Street Unit B4- This second floor oceanfront condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each and one has a TV; the third bedroom has two singles. The dining table seats six and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Conveniences include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, blender, ceiling fans, and secured Wi-Fi. The private balcony offers a pretty view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grilles on the premises, next to the pool.

This condo does not provide cable service, but there are two Intelligent TVs which will provide Streaming with guest's own accounts.

This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are included for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not supplied. The linen package is supplied with every reservation and is not optional.*
