Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included with the condo but can be rented seasonally directly on the beach from the on-site lifeguards.

Reservation Requirements

Within one hour of booking, guests must complete the required rental agreement through our secure CHARGEautomation platform and pay the mandatory, non-returnable $35 Damage Waiver Fee, which provides up to $1,000 of accidental damage protection.
