The middle level serves as the heart of the home, featuring a full kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a enormous island ideal for gathering. The open concept dining and living areas offer a bright, welcoming space to reconnect after a day at the beach, complete with a TV, soundbar, and comfortable seating. A convenient half bathroom and laundry room with a washer and dryer are also located on this level. Tucked away, the King En Suite features a TV and a private bathroom with a stand up shower.

Head upstairs to the top level where you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with its own TV. One bedroom offers two Double beds, making it a great space for kids or additional guests, while the second features a Pyramid Bunk. These bedrooms share a full hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

The ground level is designed for fun and convenience, featuring a second living area with a TV, foosball table, and a convenient kitchenette complete with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and additional dishware. This level also includes a private King En Suite with a TV and a bathroom featuring a stand up shower, making it an ideal getaway for guests who appreciate additional privacy.

The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 1 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club between May 28th and September 6th. Parking passes are $10 daily or $35 weekly.
