6 pools, 1 lazy river, 5 hot tubs, a kid's pool and water play park. There are tennis courts, bachi ball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and pickleball courts. There is an on site restaurant/bar. There are 3 gyms, a sauna, and steem room, a kid's park, a snack shack, NY pizza, Stella’s Ice Cream, The SeaBreeze market, The Salty Bean, grilling & picnic areas, and 24/7 security. You will also have direct access to our private beaches.

Other things to note
** Note: as of 1/1/2025 the HOA has implemented a $10 a day parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/nighttime.

This is a non smoking unit. Family Animals are not allowed. No Parties under any circumstance. Renters must be 23 or over. These are HOA rules and guidelines so there is no wiggle room.
