The Space:

This impressive 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 1400 square feet of comfortable living space. Start your day with coffee on one of two broad balconies, appreciating the sunrise and ocean breeze. Spend your afternoons at the beach, directly across the street, or exploring the Grandiose Strand's attractions. In the evenings, relax by the secluded courtyard pool and hot tub while sharing stories. The open-concept living room and kitchen are ideal for socializing while calming or preparing meals. The condo features roomy bedrooms for a restful nighttime's sleep. Appreciate a meal out at close by eateries like Sea Captains House and Vicini's, or prepare your own meal and dine with ocean vistas.



Guest Access:

The entire home including 2 balconies, 1 overlooking the pool deck and the other looking out at the ocean. Entry is on a key lock and the code will be supplied 48 hours prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

Our condo is ideally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, directly across from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North. You'll have the convenience of being steps away from the sandy shores and the invigorating Atlantic Ocean. For your daily dose of caffeine or a sweet treat, Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's are just across the street. Indulge in a enchanting meal and oceanfront vistas at the Sea Captain's House, a short three-block walk away. Explore the vibrant entertainment, dining, and shopping options at Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, all within a mile of our location.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are supplied with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not supplied in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
