Step back in time in this striking, 1-bedroom, 1 bath Guest Cottage, part of a 200- year-old property in the heart of Historic Georgetown, SC. The newly restored guest bungalow is located in a private gated courtyard that includes a fountain spilling over into a Koi pond, an outdoor fireplace and a huge outdoor dining area. Inside the bungalow guests will find a cavernous living area, a separate bedroom with a luxuriously appointed queen bed. a kitchenette and a private bath.

It's located just one block from the historic waterfront. Take a walk along the boardwalk and watch the fishing boats come in or spend the day shopping in the cozy historic village and savor fresh local seafood at the many marvelous eateries. The guest bungalow was freshly refreshed and has a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. Guests will appreciate the first morning's breakfast of fruit, yogurt homemade muffins, coffee and juice. Free high speed WiFi and a 60' flat screen TV with premium cable are available if you'd like to stay plugged in. A hammock is available in the back yard if you'd rather not.
