Savor cooler days with a book or family game on the sun porch. Beach access just under a mile away! Cleaning fee includes linens, and beds will be made for your arrival.

Charging ports constructed into the lamp bases in the master for simple access, Bluetooth speaker in the living room, games & books for kids and adults.

Dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and coffee pods are included for short-term stays. Please note there is not a dishwasher.

Linens are supplied for your convenience, including sheets, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, bath mat and kitchen towels. Ice cream maker, hammock, two backpack beach chairs & beach umbrella for guest use. No smoking/vaping or family pets anywhere on the property ($500 violation), applies to daily visitors as well. The mini split unit in the living room efficiently heats and cools the bungalow as long as bedroom doors are left open. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom as well. Please note that the person making the reservation must be a guest of the property for the length of the stay.
