The space
The main common space is open and bright with an inviting open floor plan: living room, dining, and kitchen. The master bedroom is enormous and has a beautiful spa-inspired bathroom that all the guests appreciate. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed and provides ample space for you to unpack and make yourself comfortable. Get comfortable in any of the bedroom’s 100% organic cotton sheets.

There is an outdoor shower and bath area off of the master bedroom.

Be sure to take advantage of the porch and gorgeous side yard off the kitchen with a modest sectional loveseat. The home is within walking distance of local bars/eateries, a movie theater, and a live music venue. Millers All Day has an striking breakfast and lunch Crust has a great woodfire pizza and salads.

Guest access
Please park in the shorter (left side) of the driveway and any additional cars can be parked in front of the home there. There is also a park 3 homes down that has a parking lot if you'd like somewhere to put any unused cars.

You will have access to the entire main home, side porch, and modest attached fenced yard. The backyard that is accessed down at the end of the driveway belongs to the Guest House.

The shorter parking space (the one that sits on the left of the driveway) should be left for the guest home tenant so they can come and go as needed.

There are 2 ADDITIONAL parking spaces directly in front of the home... please park on the grass right of way. There is also a public park 1/2 block away (through the stop sign) on the left where any additional cars can be parked if necessary.
Other things to note

There is a guest home behind the home at the end of the long driveway. The backyard is for the guest home. Please do not go back there through the gate or down the driveway. That is private access.
