Summary:

This condo is located on a peaceful section of our beach known as Shore Drive. The complex is directly across the street from the ocean which accepts the walk down to the beach to be a breeze. You will also savor being within walking distance to multiple eateries and stores. This is the ideal spot for a family or couple hideaway!



Minimum booking age: 25



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Parking: Simple access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: 1st floor *raised - stairs or elevator is required* Self check-in unit with an electronic keypad.

Please be advised that there is a ring camera.



Kitchen: Freshly refreshed and entirely supplied! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Access to the calming balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom 1: Access to a modest private balcony via sliding glass doors. 1 queen bed. TV.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Two twin beds. TV.



Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between bedroom 1 & 2.



Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Half bathroom attached. TV.



Bathroom 3: Attached to bedroom 3. Half bathroom - toilet and sink only.



Balcony 1: Cavernous. Incredible for outdoor dining, card games, or meditation!



Balcony 2: Attached to bedroom 1.



Pool: There are 2 complex pools. Operation hours and schedule subject to HOA rules and regulations.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private washer and dryer, in-unit.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (not private owners closets) along with the shared complex pools.



The Neighborhood:

The complex is located in the relaxing Shore Dr section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a ideal, peaceful family vacation.

Getting Around:

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.



No family pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.



There is a ring camera.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Thursday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
