Centrally located for your beach hideaway, or business trip. James Island is close to everything, and very simple to get to. You will have the whole main home to yourself, but the backyard is shared. Free parking for up to 4 cars onsite.

In addition to the bedrooms, full baths, full kitchen, game room and living room, our backyard is a phenomenal place to hang out. We have a creek, a garden and fruit trees, a gas grille, a hot tub, and a fire pit. So much to appreciate as you are waterfront. You are even welcome to fish in the waterway (catch & release), or use our kayaks for a jaunt down the estuary.

We have intelligent TVs with many apps to savor.

You will have the entire main home to yourself. It has a kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a living room, dining room, and game room. You may also feel complimentary to enjoy the back or front yard, which is shared with our other guests. We can accommodate four guest cars. We give you a code to enter on the keypad a few days before you arrive. You can check in anytime after 4pm. We charge a $50 early check-in/late check-out fee, and can only guarantee we can accommodate it on the day of arrival/check out.

We live locally and are available to assist with any needs that arise. We are always available via message.

Rules:
No smoking anywhere on the property. No drugs or events.

Because there are shared walls, we ask that you respect peaceful hours. (10pm-7am)

We provide towels, linens, toiletries, tea and coffee.

There is a creek behind our home. If you let your kids into our backyard, please be aware that the creek is attached, and be water safe.

We provide a bag of beach essentials, which includes beach towels and beach chairs (8), which you are welcome to use during your stay. Does not include snorkeling gear.

No family pets, other than certified Service Animals, with proof of service sent prior to check-in.

Please note: there is a $50 fee for an early check in or late checkout. For late checkout without prior approval, the fee is $50/hour, or portion thereof.

The cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". Any excessive dirtiness or neglect will accrue an additional $95 fee
